Dosage: 1 - 3 x daily 25 g (3 tablespoons), 20-30 minutes before meals or as a meal replacement, shake into 250 ml of rice, oat, goat or cow's milk or water. Stir into 250 g natural yoghurt (as raspberry yoghurt) - add 1 tsp honey if required. The raspberry powder can also be taken spoon by spoon with plenty of water.
To supplement vital substances and regulate the bowels, take 25 g once a day.
Do not take with sugar or sugary drinks!
Allergy note: contains spelt and Kamut(R) khorasan. Purely vegan and sugar-free.
